Overlijdensbericht | Agnes M. VanBlarcum, age 88, of Daytona Beach, passed away on May 7, 2013. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M., on Friday, May 10, 2013 at Epiphany Catholic Church, 201 Lafayette St. Port Orange, FL 32127, with burial to follow at Daytona Memorial Park Cemetery. Agnes was born on July 31, 1924 in New York, New York to the late Cecelia (Ruff) and James B. Lamb. Agnes worked as a Registered Nurse in New York State and the Daytona Beach area for 40 years. She enjoyed playing bingo, scrabble, reading, watching both NY Yankee baseball and golf on TV and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years Arthur F. Van Blarcum. Agnes will be deeply missed and remembered always in the hearts of those she loved, and that loved her forever. Survivors include her children, Patricia (Henry) Elder, Arthur (Julie) VanBlarcum, Jr., Terry VanBlarcum, Paul VanBlarcum; sisters, Alice Rembach, Patricia Samascott; grandchildren, Amy VanBlarcum, Kevin VanBlarcum, Jenni Schnider, Kathryn Portwood; Holly Elder, Michael Elder, Chelsey Miller, Courtney Clark, great grandsons, Carter VanBlarcum; Brant Portwood, great granddaughters Maegen and Abbigail Portwood,, McKenzie and Caylee Miller and Chloe and Bailey Clark, brother-in-law, Edward Falkowskli; many extended family members and friends.
