Overlijdensbericht | Bel Aire, Kansas - Betty Anne Grogan (nee Van Blaricum) passed away peacefully December 14, 2022. She had recently returned to her home state of Kansas after living many years in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Betty enjoyed everything to do with the outdoors. Whether hiking in the Flint Hills, volunteering to clean the banks of a local river, or just feeding the wildlife in her backyard, she maintained a strong connection to nature. The only thing she enjoyed more was spending time with her family and watching her younger grandson grow. She is survived by her grandson, Harrison and his wife, Cailyn; her son, Robert, his wife Kathryn, and their son Lucas. Betty Anne is survived by siblings Kenneth (Annette) Van Blaricum, Galen (Karen) Van Blaricum and Francia (Eric) Bird, and many nieces and nephews. Her parents (Dr. J. W. and Frances Van Blaricum) preceded her in death. She will be missed. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Nature Conservancy, Attn: Treasury, 4245 N.
