Born Wednesday, November 11, 1998, in Bremerton, Wash., she was an 8th grade student at Winnfield Middle School, active in WMS softball, dance line, FBLA, Science Club, 4-H and Beta club. She was chosen as WMS 2013 Student of the Year, and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Winnfield.
Those left to cherish her memory include her mother, Christy VanBlaricum, Winnfield, La.; Father, Kyle Lee VanBlaricum, Winnfield, La.; sisters, Alex and Alyssa VanBlaricum, Winnfield, La.; paternal grandparents, Larry Lee and Barbara VanBlaricum, Evansville, Ind., and Carolyn Sue and Gene Iffert, Ingraham, Ill.; maternal grandparents, Porter and Taffy Creel, Winnfield, La.; paternal great-grandparents, Harry and Ruby VanBlaricum, Noble, Ill.; paternal great-grandmother, Vivian Combs, Olney, Ill.; maternal great-grandmother, Doris Flournoy, Winnfield, La.; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 17, 2013, at First Baptist Church with Rev. Stephen Laughlin and Rev. Colin Trisler officiating. Interment will follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery in Winnfield. The family will receive friends 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. until service time Wednesday.
