He was born in Indianapolis, IN to the late George Louis and Imogene (Walker) VanBlaricum. He is survived by sons, Richard "Rick" (Sue) VanBlaricum and Robert (Carlene) VanBlaricum; two grandchildren, Stephanie and Brad and three great-grandchildren, Marrisa, Jarrard, and Emily.
