| Obituary | Joan Van Blarcom Sassa of Marlton, NJ, formerly of Stratford, NJ, passed away peacefully on September 6th, at the age of 82.
She was the wife of the late Robert J. Sassa, who passed away in 2007. Survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Robin and Robert Petty of Marlton, son Michael Sassa of Philadelphia, grandson, John Petty of East Brunswick and granddaughters, Avery and Lydia Sassa of Flourtown, PA. Also survived by her brother, Vincent Van Blarcom of New Castle, DE and numerous nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Charles, Ronald, Frank, Earl and Lloyd Van Blarcom and Lorraine Beri.
Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation and funeral on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 from 11:00am to 12:00pm at the LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike in Atco, where a funeral service will be held at 12:00pm. Interment will be held at a later date.
