Obituary | PLYMOUTH - Esther E. Van Blaricom, 97, passed away on Friday Dec. 14, at Millers Merry Manor in Plymouth Indiana. Born in South Bend, to Orphus and Elizabeth (nee Watkins) Sutherlin on March 21, 1921. She was a lifetime resident in the Plymouth area. She married Theodore Van Blaricom on Sept. 10, 1936 in Plymouth and went on to have seven children. She belonged to the First Assembly of God church in Plymouth. She is survived by four daughters; Nancy E Young of Plymouth, Donna M Shively of South Bend, Caroline Sue Pike of Culver, and Bonnie Jean Jernstrom of Plymouth, half-sister Paulina Atkins of Plymouth; many grandchildren, great- grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Theodore Van Blaricom; sons Raymond P Van Blaricom Sr. and David Van Blaricom; daughter Eldora Ruth Mann, sisters Ethel Warner, Grace Gaines, and Luticia Hillman; brother Dean Sutherland and half-brother Harvey Gaines. Visitation for Esther will be from the Johnson- Danielson Funeral home at 1100 N Michigan St Plymouth, Indiana on Tuesday from 11a.m. until the time of services at 12 noon.
