Obituary | Patricia Joan Van Blarcom from Versailles, KY, passed away on Feb 10, 2012, at home with friends, family, and her two loving dogs, Pan and Olive, present at her side. She fought a courageous battle with cancer. Joan was born on Oct 20, 1950, to the late Bessie Baer and Charles S. Van Blarcom of Readington, NJ. She was graduated from Hunterdon Central in Flemington, NJ, in 1969. Joan was involved in the Standardbred Horse industry for many years. At one time she was the store manager of The Trotting Horse Museum in Goshen, NY. She met and married the love of her life, John Bradley on April 20, 1991 and they moved to Kentucky in 1998. Joan volunteered at Hospice of the Bluegrass for 10 years, following her husband's passing. Joan was predeceased by her parents and her husband. She leaves behind a multitude of friends and family. A memorial service is planned at the Troy Presbyterian Church in Troy, KY, on Sat, Feb 18th at 11am, with lunch following in the Fellowship Hall. The Reverend David Duggan is presiding.
