| Obituary | ST. MARIES, Idaho, Feb. 24. Funeral services for Frank B. VanBlaricom, 88, of Harrison, Idaho, who died in Benewah Community hospital here Saturday, will be held tomorrow at the Browning chapel here. Gerald D. Browning will conduct services at 12:30 p.m. Burial will be in Riverside Park cemetery, Spokane. Mr. VanBlaricom, a retired Great Northern railway worker, was born at Waterville, Minn., November 29, 1869, and moved to Harrison in 1916. He was in the GN's employ at Scotia, Wash.. from 1919 to 1938, when he returned to Harrison. He was wed in 1890 to Viola Brown. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Pearl Smith, Grangeville, Idaho, and Mrs. Elta Curtis, Osakis, Minn.: seven sons, Phillip, Everett and Roland, all of Aberdeen, Wash: Conrad and Noble, both of Spokane, and Elwyn and Robert, both of Harrison; four brothers, four sisters and 17 grandchildren.Spokane Chronicle, February 14, 1958 |

Obituary | Funeral services for Mrs. Viola Van Blaricom, Newport, Wash., were being held at 4 o'clock this afternoon in the Smith funeral home, with the Rev. Frank L. Moore officiating. Interment will be in Greenwood. Mrs. Van Blaricom, who was 60, died Sunday in a Spokane hospital. Surviving are her husband, Frank, at the home; seven sons, Philip, Rolland, Noble and Everett, all of Newport; Elwin and Robert, Harrison, Idaho, and Conrad, Coeur d'Alene; two daughters, Mrs. Seeley, Idaho, and Mrs. Augusta Curtis, Minnesota; also 12 grandchildren.Spokane Chronicle, August 9, 1937 |
