| Obituary | Clarence B. Van Blarcom, 78, of Richland Center, formerly of the Spring Green/Dodgeville area died Thursday (Dec. 23, 1982) at the V.A. Hospital in Madison. Clarence was born in Wyoming Valley near Spring Green on May 22, 1904 to Frank and Harriet (Hulin) Van Blarcom. He was a retired farmer in the Spring Green/Dodgeville area. Clarence was also a W.W. II veteran. Survivors include his sister, Libby Thompson of rural Richland Center and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 27, 1982 at the Pratt Memorial Chapel in Richland Center. Rev. C.D. Fretz officiated with burial in the Spring Green Cemetery, where military graveside rites were conducted by the Richland Center VFW and American Legion posts. |
