| Obituary | Dixie Van Blaricom Hubbard, 65, died Sept. 19 at home.
Dixie Van Blaricom was born in the town of New Haven, Dunn County. She married Herman Hemauer and later married Elbert Hubbard.
Survivors include three daughters, Victoria Mitchell, Prospect Heights Ill., Sherilyn Lira, Des Plaines IlI., Lorraine Hemauer, Oak Brook Terrace Ill.; a son, David Hemauer, Hillside Ill.; six sisters, Frances Nelson, Prairie Farm, Shirley Horky, Maxine Burton, both of Boyceville, Opal Bradshaw, Oshkosh, Marge Knack, Green Bay, Elva Burril, Battle Creek, Mich.; two brothers, Verlin Van Blaricom, Ridgeland, Wylie Van Blaricom, Prairie Farm; and five grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at United Methodist Church, Clear
Lake, with burial in Clear Lake Cemetery. Hammer Funeral Home, Clear Lake, is handling arrangements. |

| Obituary | HERMAN M. HEMAUER Age 91, of Westchester, IL Loving husband of the late Mildred (nee Seaton).
Born in Almena, WI, in March, 1923, Herman lived in Clear Lake with his family until he served in WWII. Honorably discharged in 1945, he relocated to the Chicagoland area and married Dixie Van Blaricom from Connorsville, WI. Together they raised 4 children in Westchester - Victoria, Sherilyn, David and Lorraine - and he remained in the family home for 65 years until his passing.
Proud grandfather of 9 and great-grandfather of 9. Survived by his brother Alfred of Palatine, IL, and preceded in death by 15 siblings.
